Graphic Design, Brand and Communications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Design, Brand and Communication Manager to join our management team and lead our brand identity, craft compelling communication strategies, and elevate our market presence across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual and strategic narrative of our organization, ensuring consistent brand messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, branding excellence, and digital and print marketing proficiency, ready to drive engagement and foster brand loyalty through creative initiatives.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Oversee the creation and management of visual content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite to ensure brand consistency across all platforms (i.e., monthly newsletter, menu layouts, et cetera).
  • Provide strategic oversite to social media channels by assisting with engaging content curation, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
  • Lead product management efforts by coordinating branding elements with product launches, updates, and promotional activities.
  • Design multichannel marketing campaigns integrating digital marketing, public relations, e-commerce, and B2B marketing strategies to amplify brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials that support sales initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor budget allocations for marketing projects, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies, improve ROI, and inform future marketing plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with media outlets and industry partners to enhance public relations efforts and brand reputation.
  • Develop, update and enhance public and private facing websites

Skills
