Job summary

Richardson International’s Richardson Pioneer division seeks a Location Assistant for the Ag Business Centre in the Swan River Valley, MB. You will load and unload grain, operate facility equipment, and assist with maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential for this role. Prior general labour experience is preferred and an agriculture background is an asset.

Qualifications

• Previous general labourer experience.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads grain and crop inputs, and performs other plant operations duties
• Operates facility equipment and controls such as blenders
• Performs general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities
