About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Traffic Engineer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop core skills in traffic engineering while working closely with an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of traffic engineering assessment reports.
  • Support in responding to queries from clients, councils, and other stakeholders, initially with guidance and progressively with more independence.
  • Contribute to the planning, analysis, and documentation required for various traffic and transport-related projects.
  • Develop strong knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and local council requirements.
  • Gradually take responsibility for managing projects independently, while still having access to mentorship and support as needed.
