Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, database security, or secure software development.
• Proficiency in SQL programming and relational database design with major DBMS.
• Practical knowledge of authentication, access controls, encryption, auditing, and vulnerability assessment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and deliver hands-on instruction in SQL and cybersecurity.
• Experience with healthcare databases and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver university-credit coursework for BTC1843H in person.
• Coordinate student projects and guest speakers as appropriate.
• Hold office hours and provide guidance on projects and assessments.
• Mark, record attendance, and communicate course information to students.
