Qualifications
Food & Beverage Positions
  • Recent graduate from Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel and Restaurant Management program
  • Must have Alberta's ProServe certification
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
Room Division Positions
  • Recent graduate from Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel and Restaurant Management program
  • Previous Front Office / Reservations / Hospitality / Housekeeping experience preferred
  • Previous Property Manager (Opera) experience is an asset
Culinary Division Positions
  • Recent graduate from Culinary program
  • Must have Food Handlers Certification
  • Previous experience as a cook is an asset
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Standing and walking throughout shift and exposure to kitchen equipment including large and small ovens, stoves, steam kettles, mixers, sheeters, fryers, rational ovens, steamers, tilt skillets, fridges and freezers as well as blast freezers
Housekeeping / Stewarding Division Positions
  • Recent graduate from Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel and Restaurant Management program
  • Previous similar experience an asset
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk throughout shift and lift, carry, and pull up to 50+ lbs.
Golf Operations / Turf Care Positions
  • Recent graduate from Golf Operations / Turf Care management program
  • Previous similar experience an asset
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk throughout shift and lift, carry, and pull up to 50+ lbs.
Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
