About the Role

A graduate-level or early-career Aerospace Engineer or Technician is sought to contribute to cutting-edge eVTOL aircraft development.

This role is ideal for engineers who are flexible, hands-on, and eager to work across a variety of aerospace disciplines. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills while making a real impact on next-generation urban air mobility technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply first principles and systems-led approaches to develop designs, simulations, systems, and aircraft
  • Participate actively as an integral team member, projecting positive behaviours and influence onto the team
  • Follow and apply aerospace standards and specifications appropriate to the discipline
  • Challenge the status quo, bringing new ideas to improve engineering quality, productivity, and delivery timelines
  • Enforce standards and ensure rigor, resilience, and continuous improvement in design solutions
  • Act as a project integrator and interface with project management and other engineering teams
  • Stay current with industry developments and implement best practices in your work
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall performance
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or automotive engineering, systems development, or testing
  • Hands-on experience in engineering, simulation, or prototyping is preferredFamiliarity with eVTOL Certification regulations (TCCA, FAA, EASA) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and take on varying engineering tasks in a dynamic environment
