ASL is hiring a Grademan / Skilled Labourer.

Founded in 1975, ASL is a well-established multi-sector civil construction company performing Earthworks, Residential Development, Site Development, Landscaping, Forming, Geothermal, City Work, & Conservation projects. We are committed to providing an environment that supports professional growth, advancement, and development.

These positions are field based from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with competitive wages based on experience. Hours are typically 50 per week.

Successful candidates will ideally have construction experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform general labour and site prep work
• Stone installation, grading, and excavation
• Service installation
• Mark grades using construction plans and laser level
• Operate diesel plate compactors and other tools
• Work independently and follow directions precisely
• Own transportation
