Education Canada Network in Nunavut seeks teachers committed to culturally respectful, inclusive education grounded in community relationships. You will support student learning, adapt instruction for diverse learners, and immerse yourself in local language and culture.

Candidates should have a B.Ed. and a Nunavut-recognized teaching certificate, with preference for Inuktitut language skills and experience in bilingual or ESL settings within northern contexts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Inuktitut (verbal and written).
• Experience supporting Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit-based education.
• Experience teaching in a bilingual or ESL environment.
• Experience teaching in cross-cultural, or northern-Canada contexts.
