Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and advisory services on job classification and compensation matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with PSC client departments.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve policies and guidelines.
• Advise government on compensation matters and facilitate pay adjustments.
• Support design and implementation of compensation solutions.
