Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in business development, proposal management, or government contracting.
• Proven record of leading winning proposals for multi-million-dollar government contracts.
• Familiarity with procurement systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute government contracting strategy to support revenue growth.
• Lead the full lifecycle of government proposals from capture planning through submission.
• Build and maintain relationships with public sector stakeholders.
