Job Description

As a Golf Shop Supervisor with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will be an ambassador for exceptional golf experiences on the #1 Best Golf Resort in Canada rated by SCOREGolf Magazine.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth operation of golf course operations on a daily basis.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all times, in relation to goals and measurements.
  • Train, coach, develop and supervise all golf operation colleagues.
  • Assist with scheduling, guest check‑in experience, inventory controls, merchandising, daily cash out, payroll and revenue management.
  • Assist with tournaments and group outings to ensure proper execution and coordination.
Qualifications
  • 2 years experience in a managerial or supervisory position within a major golf operation required.
  • Member, in good standing, of CPGA Class A required.
  • Experience as a golf instructor required.
  • Degree/Diploma in a related field an asset.
  • Previous point of sale system experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the game of golf and its principles, surround etiquette required.
