Job summary

A golf and leisure organization is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant for the 2026 golf season in Muskoka Lakes Township. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, following shop procedures, and performing administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with P.O.S. systems is preferred. This is a seasonal position from May to October.

Qualifications

• Computer literate regarding P.O.S. systems, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous golf experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.

As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of our golf shop. Key responsibilities include:

• Ability to follow opening & closing procedures.
• Administrative duties as assigned by head professional.
• Responsible for daily general shop duties; merchandising, and event promotion.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ideally you will also have previous golf experience.
