Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a talented software engineer proficient in Go (Golang) to evaluate and debug code generated by AI models. You will assess AI outputs for correctness and scalability while working on backend system design and microservices architecture.

The ideal candidate will have strong engineering experience and the ability to deliver structured feedback. This role requires independence and adherence to technical guidelines. Work is fully asynchronous, allowing flexibility.

• Work through backend system design, microservices architecture, and algorithmic problems in Go to push model capabilities forward.
