  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including throughput, capacity utilization, yield, and waste, while driving continuous improvement.
  • Identify, recommend, and support capital investment projects that improve capacity, efficiency, or quality.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing production team, fostering professional growth and leadership at all levels.
  • Build and maintain a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and accountability, where employees are motivated to contribute and take pride in their work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery to clients

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Engineering, science, or business degree is an asset but not required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Comfortable working with metrics and KPIs, with demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Passion for cannabis, operational excellence, and building world-class products.
