Based in a remote‑first environment, you will manage 2,000+ agents across geographies, build dashboards, and partner with executives to deliver scalable outcomes while advancing fintech operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in vendor/BPO management, operations, or related fields.
• Ability to define the right questions and build tools with analysts.
• Proven track record of governance, scorecards, and cross‑functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance including customer experience, SLAs, QA outcomes.
• Lead executive‑level vendor governance like QBRs and escalations.
• Define operational strategies across the vendor network.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics to shape needed metrics and dashboards.
• Use data to diagnose gaps, validate trends, and prioritize interventions.
• Drive change programs and vendor migrations with cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as senior escalation point for systemic issues.
• Translate vendor insights into actions improving experience and compliance.
