In this role, you will lead recruitment activities, develop talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, along with exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a lead talent acquisition role.
• Demonstrated success in leading a recruitment group in high-volume roles.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including professionals and labourers.

Responsibilities

• Enable exceptional candidate experience through full-cycle recruitment support.
• Engage with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and define the interview process.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing potential candidates.
