Job summary

TJX Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator for Global Sourcing & Procurement on a co-op basis. You will coordinate all project activities, maintain trackers, and build relationships with internal and external partners to drive project outcomes.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a post-secondary degree, possess strong computer and organizational skills, and can develop formal project documentation while supporting cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or discipline.
• Excellent computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets; e-mail, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Strong organizational skills; interpersonal skills including conflict management; and information gathering including active listening skills.
• Problem solving skills including analysis of information and recommending solutions.
• Communication skills including facilitation skills; verbal skills; and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all related project activities and deliverables; utilizing appropriate resources as required; develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of project and monitors progress against targets
• Research, gathers information, summarizes data
• Review and update activities within a Project tracker in conjunction with Category Manager/Manger Of
• Develop formal project documentation and ensures that all required documentation is forwarded to all parties for all projects
• Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
