Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support day‑to‑day security monitoring, incident triage, and investigations across Corporate IT and the Maestro SaaS platform.

You will be part of Kinaxis’s follow‑the‑sun incident response framework, serving as the first responder for the Eastern time zone and providing continuous monitoring, escalation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to strengthen security operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, SOC, or related roles.
• Fundamental cybersecurity concepts and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events across SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other tools.
• Perform initial triage and analysis to determine severity and escalation needs.
• Escalate incidents per documented procedures and support containment and investigation.
• Document findings and actions in incident tracking systems.
• Support investigations and participate in post-incident learning activities.
• Work with IT, SaaS Operations, Product Development, and Business Systems teams to strengthen monitoring.
