Job summary

ROSEN is seeking a SAP Project Lead to manage the local implementation of a standardized Finance & Controlling solution, coordinating with global and local teams to ensure readiness for deployment.

You will oversee planning, testing, training, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities, while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.

The role requires strong English, cross-functional leadership, and experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA in a finance context.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with SAP/ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Represent local Finance and Controlling requirements in global SAP template design.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, key users, and business stakeholders throughout the rollout.
• Manage local project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Support data migration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Track actions, resolve issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive user readiness, change management, and post-go-live support.
