Job summary

Roche is seeking an Evidence Solution Leader to design and implement strategic Real-World Evidence solutions within Product Development Medical Affairs. You will guide RWE generation, insights, and collaborations with affiliates, medical, clinical, access and data science teams to optimize evidence strategies.

You bring 7+ years in pharma/healthcare, experience with integrated evidence plans, RWD/NIS leadership, and knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharma/healthcare with strategic evidence generation
• Experience leading integrated evidence plans (IEPs) or cross-functional planning
• Global/multi-country medical affairs/RWE experience; knowledge of data privacy, governance & regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic RWE solutions aligned with IEPs across global and local contexts
• Lead data reuse opportunities across studies, systems and geographies
• Collaborate with medical, access, clinical, commercial, and data science teams to align on evidence needs
• Enable affiliates by co-creating local and multi-country RWE solutions and promoting standardized tools
