Qualifications

• 12 Months experience in an international logistics role or logistics role in an international company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities for allocated projects.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation for imports and exports.
• Support trade compliance by reviewing documentation.
• Provide insights for negotiations with 3PLs and freight providers.
• Monitor shipment status and update internal systems.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and carriers.

Skills

Strong attention to detail

Good knowledge of INCOTERMS

Basic understanding of supply chain processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Education

Certificate IV in Business or similar field
