Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (MLSE) Global Partnerships Intern is a hybrid Toronto role supporting contract fulfillment and cross‑department initiatives across MLSE properties, venues, and teams.

You will assist in coordinating events, managing the partner photo catalog, and helping execute promotions and contests while handling merchandise inventory and maintaining MLSE service standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a focus on marketing, sports, public relations, or communications-related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Required to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Global Partnerships team on a variety of projects.
• Help coordinate Global Partnership events.
• Manage and organize the partner photo catalog.
• Assist in the execution of partner promotions and contests.
• Manage inventory of autographed merchandise.
• Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies while working in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as required.
