Zynga, a global leader in mobile gaming, is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Operations to coordinate cross-functional programs and drive operational compliance across the Global Operations team. You will own end-to-end workflows for major initiatives, including our Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance, working with Publishing, Privacy, Legal, and Engineering.

• 2+ years of project management, program coordination, or business operations experience in software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.
• Ability to earn trust and build collaborative relationships across cultures and disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate complex requirements into clear updates.
• Experience managing high-volume intake workflows, approvals, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Program Ownership: lead execution of global workflows, anchoring Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance strategies.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: bridge between game studios and corporate teams to review terms and vendor proposals.
• Risk Mitigation & Data Integrity: track assets, clearances, usage records, and contracts, promoting compliance.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: evolve pipelines, leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, work with tech teams to test new pipelines.
• Program/Project Management Support: assist with software migrations, tool rollouts, and M&A integration support.
