• 15+ years of leadership experience in finance operations or shared services.
• Deep understanding of finance operations including P2P, O2C, R2R.
• Experience managing offshore or outsourced service delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the shared services strategy for finance operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BPO partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial processing and reporting.
