Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading the Controllership function within a large, multi‑national public company.
• Strong experience in managing AR and AP functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ultimate strategic authority for global accounting policy and processes.
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Drive the optimization of the global order-to-cash cycle.

Expert-level knowledge of IFRS

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience leading finance functions

Experience with process transformation

Fluency in English

Education

CPA (or equivalent) designation
