The Associate Operations Engineer is responsible for assisting the business in resolving product and technical issues for the Goodway organization. You will provide functional and technical support to coworkers throughout the organization. Your work will include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging highly specialized software systems and helping administer and manage the Goodway Group technology stack.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with co-workers to analyze and resolve issues, from significant system crashes to simple user errors.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to identify and resolve bugs discovered by coworkers.
  • Liaise daily between our Engineering Department and the rest of the organization.
  • Investigate and resolve data-related issues leveraging SQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Coordinate across the organization to drive the resolution of large-scale outages.
  • Assist in maintaining and prioritizing our work queue and backlog in tickets and project management systems.
