Arcadis is seeking a GIS Specialist to join our Vancouver team. The successful candidate will manage geospatial data, publish maps, and support civil, transportation, and infrastructure projects in the Vancouver area.

Arcadis is seeking a GIS Specialist to join our growing team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will provide technical geospatial data support and mapping services to internal and external stakeholders across civil engineering, transportation, and infrastructure projects in the Vancouver, BC area. They will use GIS and supporting software to manage information, analyze engineering and supplemental data, and produce high-quality mapping products that support effective coordination and project delivery.
In this role, you will develop technical and functional documentation for GIS platforms, applications, services, data, and associated workflows. You will also provide consultancy support, share best practices, and help project teams solve GIS-related challenges.
You will liaise with partner organizations and other project stakeholders to support clear communication and information exchange. You will maintain the GIS database and generate digital, online, and print maps using a variety of data sources.
Working closely with BIM and digital teams, you will review and analyze CAD and BIM data alongside supplemental geospatial content. You will ensure compliance with project standards and information requirements and undertake other related duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
