Ce poste est pour un gestionnaire immobilier principal dans notre bureau de Montréal. L’horaire est hybride du lundi au vendredi avec trois (3) jours au bureau. Le présentiel est requis le mercredi pour tous les employés.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage your assigned portfolio, overseeing operations, financial activities, and important relationships with our tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Responsabilités / Responsibilities
- Annual budgets are to be respected, and deadlines set by the accounting department. Ensure compliance with the current year’s operating budgets and carry out capex projects in line with owners’ requests.
- Supervise and control all operations and capital expenses, recoveries, year‑end adjustments, tenant reconciliations, A/R, etc.
- Monthly reporting by ensuring quality of information, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with annual budgets. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion in the information transmitted.
- Actively support environmental, social and governance (ESG) and real estate technology (Protech) initiatives. Implement and supervise all ESG programs and certifications for the portfolio’s properties.
- Support and promote national vendor management and procurement policy.
- Conduct periodic one‑on‑one meetings with team members. Document coaching objectives, deliverables, and progress for each employee under your supervision.
- Propose initiatives to maximize profitability per customer, suggest solutions, find opportunities to reduce operating expenses by using levers, improve or optimize time‑saving processes, and thus maximize the profitability of our region.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, values, and lead effectively.
- All other related tasks and duties required for this position.
Compétences / Qualifications
- Plus de 7 ans d’expérience progressive en gestion immobilière commerciale.
- Expérience dans YARDI Voyager (comptabilité intégrée).
- Compétences avancées dans les applications Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expérience avec des projets d’amélioration des capacités.
- Excellent communication à tous les niveaux.
- Proactif et orienté vers la recherche de solutions.
- Bilinguisme français‑anglais (obligatoire).
- Possession d’une licence de conducteur valide et d’un véhicule.
- Un titre CPM ou RPA est un atout mais pas obligatoire.
