Gestionnaire Pr DCO / DCO Cluster Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) est une entreprise technologique au rythme soutenu et un leader mondial dans le domaine des centres de données. Nous développons actuellement notre équipe de gestion des infrastructures et recherchons des managers technologiques expérimentés pour notre poste de Chef de Cluster des Opérations de Centre de Données. Le candidat retenu devra posséder une vaste expérience en gestion/développement des personnes, avec la motivation et la vision nécessaires pour faire progresser les Opérations des Centres de Données d'Amazon.com.

The successful candidate will have experience managing managers and teams with varying skill sets; creating, tracking and controlling budgets; leaning and streamlining current processes for maximum efficiency; strategic planning through use of funnel metrics; mentoring people at all levels; sponsoring and delivering large projects and proposing technical solutions to complicated problems.

AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to keep the cloud running. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles, collaborating across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of managers and technicians to optimize data‑center operations. • Create, track, and control budgets while improving processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Use funnel metrics and strategic planning to set goals, monitor performance, and deliver results within tight deadlines. • Mentor and sponsor staff across all levels, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. • Propose and implement technical solutions to complex operational problems, ensuring alignment with AWS standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en management dans un environnement opérationnel, d'infrastructure critique, de fabrication, production ou de distribution.
• Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de la méthodologie LEAN/6 Sigma (amélioration continue, DMAIC/DVADV, 5 Pourquoi, analyse des causes racines, etc.).
• Plus de 7 ans d'expérience avec les composants informatiques et les systèmes d'exploitation.
• Diplôme universitaire Bac en ingénierie, informatique ou domaine connexe.
• Certification/Ceintures LEAN.
• Certification PMP/PMI.
• 5+ years experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with mission critical infrastructure.
• Must meet or exceed Amazon’s leadership principles and functional depth/complexity requirements for this role.
