Nous recrutons un(e) Gestionnaire de Territoire - Produits de spécialité.
Responsibilities
- Promote our portfolio to specialists in oncology, rare diseases, respiratory diseases, multiple sclerosis and other complex chronic diseases.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders, while ensuring sales and growth objectives on the territory are achieved.
- Contribute to the deployment of differentiating commercial initiatives and to the implementation of programs supporting the patient journey.
- Play a key role in market information gathering, mapping of influence networks and preparation of product launches, consolidating the organization’s position as a trusted partner in the medical community.
- Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan in collaboration with internal teams; identify, target and engage key customers and regional national and international KOLs based on an engagement plan.
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships based on scientific credibility.
- Communicate clinical data effectively and participate in complex discussions on patient management.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, patient care pathways and reimbursement criteria to adapt sales strategies.
- Implement targeted activities to support assigned products and maximize value for clients.
- Leverage digital tools and appropriate channels to optimize the impact and reach of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven project management experience with strong skills in prioritization, planning and organization.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Ability to contextualize scientific data and communicate it concisely.
- Ability to work closely with KOLs.
What You Bring
- University degree in administration, communication, education, life sciences or a health sciences-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in selling complex generic products in a hospital setting.
- Understanding of the market for generic, biological or biosimilar products.
- Understanding of product reimbursement and patient support programs.
