The Industrialization Project Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Production Readiness and is responsible for achieving the required Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) for his portfolio of producers, ensuring 100 % On‑Time Delivery (OTD) and Entry Into Production (EIP). The role spans from early product configuration to customer entry into service.

This position is based at Longueuil and requires Monday‑to‑Friday on‑site presence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation to manufacturing (PR / MRL) for assigned suppliers and partners from Passport 2 (CDR) to Passport 5 (EIS).
  • Evaluate supplier capacity and conduct production readiness reviews (PR‑L2, Kaizen Journal, Events).
  • Identify and close gaps to meet PR / MRL criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with quality system requirements in collaboration with Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and other functions.
  • Define and manage the 100 % OTD assurance plan for suppliers to prevent production interruptions at engine centers.
  • Lead PPAP activities with cross‑functional teams.
  • Present findings to executive level and support Passport activities related to PR status, industrialization risks, and key performance indicators.
  • Communicate PR / MRL risks and mitigation plans.
  • Initiate and lead CORE events (3P, Kaizen, VSM, etc.).
  • Support all production readiness criteria: planning, configuration, product cost, sourcing, OTD assurance, quality, producibility (including PPAP), assembly, testing, global chemical regulations, and global trade.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within a new product introduction (NPI) environment.
  • Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and production readiness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Experience presenting to groups and leading events.
  • Knowledge of CORE processes.
  • Ability to work in a French‑speaking environment while maintaining functional English proficiency for technical documentation.
