Responsable de la gestion des programmes de soutien aux patients, y compris la mise en place, l’implémentation et le suivi continu. Garantir l’excellence du lancement et de la livraison, identifier et résoudre les problèmes, communiquer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour établir des échéanciers et des livrables. Gérer les commandes et le revenu par prévision précise, approbation et contrôles financiers.
Accountabilities
Client Management
- Principal contact client pendant la phase post‑vente et la livraison continue.
- Foster a positive operational relationship through proactive, timely, clear communication.
- Prepare and present program progress and market insight data to clients.
- Support business development to expand new and existing clients.
- Manage client concerns and requests through responsive communication.
- Travel to meet clients in person as required.
Project Management
- Consult in pre‑sales program design and program set‑up.
- Own launch, management and execution of sold program solution—develop tasks, deadlines, budgets and deliverables.
- Develop program plan at start‑up of new programs; outline implementation steps.
- Accurately complete intake forms and tickets for optimal use of delivery teams.
- Identify scope creep and elevate to Associate Director as required.
- Ensure modifications to improve efficiency are implemented timely.
- Proactively communicate potential delays or roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Monitor programs routinely with internal operations to ensure optimal performance and alignment.
- Lead daily communication with clients and internal delivery teams.
- Attend weekly Business Meeting to discuss project and revenue status and highlight risk.
- Adhere to all internal processes and procedures.
- Use Team Gantt, Confluence, Jira to manage and delegate tasks.
- Approve artwork files.
- Identify improvement areas and develop new processes where applicable.
Sales Order Management
- Accurate revenue forecasting, billing and revenue recognition through ongoing management of revenue schedules and approvals.
- Adhere to financial controls and consistently file proof of delivery for all required line items.
- Approve invoices accurately and timely.
- Troubleshoot and elevate revenue delays or issues with finance or Associate Director.
Competencies
- Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organization and documentation, time‑management.
- Lead meetings and presentations, adaptable and flexible problem‑solving.
- Customer service skills dealing with health professionals and industry personnel.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding and knowledge of Patient Support Programs and drug reimbursement preferred.
- Bilingual in English and French a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in business or science‑related field or equivalent experience.
Travel required. Work with IQVIA teams worldwide; functional knowledge of English (written and spoken) essential.
