Role Overview

Le Équipe Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) recherche un gestionnaire d’engagement (EM) hautement qualifié et polyvalent pour diriger la livraison de projets de solutions infonuagiques complexes. Vous combinerez une expertise technique avec d’excellentes compétences en leadership de projet pour réaliser des implémentations de solutions basées sur AWS, en traduisant les exigences commerciales en solutions techniques claires et en assurant l’alignement avec les résultats clients.

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. In this role you will combine technical expertise with strong project‑leadership skills to drive successful implementations of AWS‑based solutions for our clients, bridging business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leverage comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate engineering discussions, and ensure alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
• Decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements or cloud computing projects.
• Strong experience in project management of technical programs, with proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders (including CxO).
• Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices; experience applying AWS frameworks such as Well‑Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Capacity to establish technical credibility with engineering teams and senior technical decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual French/English is required for the Montreal office.
