  • RN/RPN license is an asset.
  • Experience in project management is an asset.

  • Maintain a territory caseworker assignment and oversee ongoing projects.
  • Ensure adherence to protocols and documentation in case files.
  • Conduct phone communications for accuracy and client consultations.
  • Identify training needs and assist in hiring and training new staff.
  • Provide daily project communications and assist the manager as needed.
