What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain a territory caseworker assignment and ensure ongoing project management
  • Monitor protocol adherence and document case files accurately
  • Participate in client consultations and assist in the hiring and training of new staff
  • Communicate daily with clients regarding project updates and needs
  • Support the manager and provide client reporting as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Post‑secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • RN/RPN license is an asset
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
  • Experience in project management is an asset
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
