- Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation and/or senior health industry is an asset.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care as per policy and resident plan.
- Ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
- Create a welcoming environment for residents.
- Oversee resident care and guide staff.
- Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of the residents.
