Qualifications

• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation and/or senior health industry is an asset.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as per policy and resident plan.
• Ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
• Create a welcoming environment for residents.
• Oversee resident care and guide staff.
• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of the residents.
