Maxi in Canada is seeking talented and passionate leaders with a strong background in customer service excellence and driving sales. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a welcoming, high-performing team across our stores.

You will lead, coach and motivate colleagues to boost productivity, engagement and retention, uphold operating and merchandising standards, and be accountable for the department's financial targets. This role is based in Canada and supports Store operations.

Qualifications

• Good background in customer service excellence and sales growth.
