Job summary

Loblaw in Canada is seeking talented store leaders to drive customer service excellence and sales growth across our Wholesale Club network. You will direct, coach and motivate colleagues to boost productivity, engagement and retention, while upholding operational standards and merchandising guidelines.

You will be accountable for the department’s financial targets and continuously identify top talent to join our team, supporting a dynamic, shopper-focused retail environment across communities.
