Job summary

Englobe is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer in Ontario to lead diverse projects across environments, including foundations and slope stability assessments. You will coordinate field and office tasks, produce technical documents, and support proposals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
• P.Eng designation in Ontario is required.
• 3–5 years post-designation experience in geotechnical projects.
• Experience with drilling, foundation design, settlement analyses and slope stability assessments.
• Experience writing proposals, specifications, and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules.
• Manage multiple projects of various sizes from start to finish.
• Coordinate, supervise and perform field and office responsibilities.
• Prepare deliverables including monitoring plans, reports and submittals.
• Prepare proposals and qualification packages.
• Execute prescribed technical procedures and work plans.
• Participate in project management and safety inspections.
• Support business development and client relations.
