The ideal candidate combines geotechnical expertise with project management experience, capable of managing multiple projects end-to-end and collaborating across disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Geotechnical, Civil or Geological Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Intermediate to senior geotechnical experience with project management responsibilities (5–10+ years).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the PEO.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.

What You’ll Bring to Pinchin

The ideal candidate combines strong geotechnical engineering expertise with project management experience and demonstrates a genuine commitment to delivering better outcomes for clients, communities, and the environment.

• Degree in Geotechnical, Civil or Geological Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Intermediate level experience 5-10 years in geotechnical engineering with project management experience.
• Either licensed or the ability to become licensed with the PEO.
• Able to manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to project sites, work outdoors, and occasionally work extended hours as project needs require.
• Able to work closely with our project teams across the company where geotechnical support may be of assistance, such as Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation and Building Sciences.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to communicate effectively, as well as proactively respond to clients on time sensitive items.
• The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from staff, clients and managers.
• Proven technical writing skills in the preparation of geotechnical engineering reports and letters for clients.
