Minimum requirements:
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate Engineering program with a mining, geological or civil major focus

  • You must be returning to full-time studies after the work term

Location & other key details:
  • This is a/an 4, 8, 12, or 16-month term commitment beginning in May 2027. You will be asked to indicate your availability in your application

  • Potential locations for these student roles include Calgary, Fort Hills (fly in fly out) and Fort McMurray (Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo). You will be asked to indicate your location preferences in your application

  • Students who live and work in Fort McMurray are eligible for a cash allowance to address the cost of living and the remote nature of the region. To learn more about living and working in Fort McMurray, click here
