Job summary

A leading testing and certification company in Northeastern Ontario seeks a Laboratory Technician (Geochemistry). This role requires performing laboratory tests to determine chemical characteristics and involves shift work at a mine site. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 - 1 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• 1 - 3+ years in industrial/laboratory/field setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing following SGS’ Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Conduct Quality Assurance checks on equipment.
• Prepare samples and perform analytical tests.
