You’ll support geochemical investigations related to oil sands development, including sampling of soil, water, and tailings.
You’ll conduct laboratory and desktop analysis to interpret geochemical data and contribute to environmental reporting.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including hydrogeologists, engineers, and environmental scientists.
You’ll contribute to technical deliverables for clients and regulatory bodies, ensuring quality and compliance.
You’ll occasionally participate in field work while adhering to WSP’s safety and quality standards.
University degree in geochemistry, geology, earth sciences, or a related field.
Interest in fieldwork and working in industrial or remote environments.
Familiarity with geochemical sampling methods and analysis tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field sites.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AquaChem, PHREEQC or similar software is an asset.
