A community support organization in Cambridge seeks a Gentle Exercise Facilitator to lead exercise classes for older adults. The role requires a valid driver's license, First Aid certification, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include teaching, monitoring participants, and ensuring safety during classes. This position offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, with an hourly wage of $17.21 plus mileage.

Working closely with the Fall Prevention and Exercise Team, our Gentle Exercise Facilitators lead older adults and those with different abilities in safe, gentle exercise classes both virtually and in‑person, throughout the community. They work collaboratively with our host locations and adapt classes to meet the needs of participants to ensure they enjoy a fun social and recreational activity that also helps prevent falls.
