Job summary

Capgemini in Canada (Mississauga) is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop and deploy AIML and Generative AI solutions using Python. You will build and fine-tune models with PyTorch, TensorFlow and Keras, and develop RAG-based applications with LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.

You will implement and optimize vector search, participate in Agile development, and collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable AI services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying AIML and Generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Hands-on with LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex for RAG apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AIML and Generative AI solutions using Python.
• Build and finetune ML models with PyTorch, TensorFlow and Keras.
• Develop RAG-based applications using LangChain and related tools.
• Implement and optimize vector search and hybrid search solutions; train and fine-tune models (LoRA/QLoRA).
• Develop APIs and AI-powered services; integrate models with enterprise apps; participate in Agile cycles.
