Locum opportunities are available for General Surgery at Cariboo Memorial Hospital in beautiful Williams Lake. There are currently 2 full time General Surgeons at the site. There is a balance between office, endoscopy and operating room procedures, with 5 OR and 5 endoscopy days available at CMH per month in addition to bi‑monthly ACU days for minor procedures. There is a requirement to perform endoscopic procedures, including on call management of GI bleeds. The closest tertiary hospital is RIH and is 3 hours away.
