Principal Accountabilities

1. Execute day-to-day activities including but not limited to cutting, packaging, picking, sorting, & moving product.
2. Ensure that production outcomes and quality fulfill customer specifications.
3. Ability to work in a cold environment (0-4°C).
4. Handle weights from 20 lbs. up to 60 lbs.
5. Work comfortably with raw meat; Beef, Pork, & Chicken.
6. Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 or 10 hours and complete physically repetitive labor in a fast-paced environment.
7. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food processing production experience.
