Cam Tran is hiring for a General Production role in Spruce Grove, AB. This dayshift, full-time position involves hands-on work across multiple departments to prep materials, operate machines, and assemble components for transformer products. You will contribute to safe, efficient production and support a strong team focused on quality.

Competenze

• High Attention to Detail - verify accuracy of relevant information located on the sticker on the coil. You need to make sure the dimensions are as exact, with the tolerance only being +/- 3/8" or the coil will be no good
• Evaluating Information to Determine with Standards - Using relevant information and individual judgement to determine pack out of the coil with Masonite to meet the specifications
• Inspecting Equipment or Material - Inspecting equipment and the quality of the coil press
• Manual Dexterity - Paying close attention to when you are inserting a wedge that you are cautious to avoid injury to hands
• High Level of Accuracy - Record bake cycle times and verify the specifications as per the sticker.
• Lifting and Pushing - Coils, metal plates and wedges

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent pushing and pulling of objects as part of daily tasks.
