Job summary

Dermapure in Tecumseh and Windsor, Ontario is seeking a physician with GP Derm Certification to join our medical dermatology and aesthetics team. You will provide cosmetic injectable treatments and lead clinic operations as Medical Director in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.

The role emphasizes patient relationships, skin health, and a strong commitment to ethical practice within a modern clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).
• Current license in good standing with the CPSO.
• Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Cosmetic Injector administering Botox, dermal fillers and PRP.
• Assume Medical Director responsibilities supervising clinic operations.
• Collaborate with Regional Director, Clinic Director and support staff.

Mainly, you will serve as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments. As Medical Director, your responsibilities extend to supervising the clinic’s operations in collaboration with the Regional Director, Clinic Director, and support staff.

Qualifications -

Compensation & Revenue Sharing -

Performance-driven model rewarding both clinical activity and leadership. Estimated $350,000–$450,000 annually after clinic split for established injectors, plus a monthly stipend. Injectors are paid on services personally provided, services supervised, and a percentage of total clinic-wide sales when serving as Medical Director.
