• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, aiding product selection, promoting products and services, assisting with purchase decisions, and addressing concerns as needed.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support by covering assigned areas and aiding Front End coverage as required for smooth operations.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery including zoning areas, moving feature merchandise, and recovering items at the Customer Service desk and other locations.
• Stocking and Modular Execution involving stocking, downstocking, applying protection, and setting modulars including flex modules and new shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance by maintaining a safe, clean store environment and following policies and safety logs.
• Flexibility with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
